This data call applies to all licensed property & casualty insurers, authorized surplus line insurers, North Carolina Insurance Underwriting Association (Coastal Property Insurance Pool) and North Carolina Joint Underwriting Association (FAIR Plan). This data call DOES NOT apply to life or health insurers, monoline financial guaranty, mortgage guaranty, title, fidelity and surety, workers’ compensation, medical malpractice insurers, professional liability insurers, reinsurers, and town or county farmers mutual fire insurance associations restricting its operations to not more than six adjacent counties in this State.
