For the purpose of this data call, all data from homeowners insurance policies shall be reported, including the consent to rate data. Only insurers that have data to report on homeowners policies must complete this Data Call. Data for all homeowners policy forms, excluding HO-4 and HO-6, is required. The information and data requested by NCDOI in this annual Data Call should be submitted no later than April 1, 2021.
