09 NCAC 06B .1204. effect of a declaratory ruling

For purposes of this Section, a declaratory ruling shall be deemed to be in effect until: (1) The statute or rule interpreted by the declaratory ruling is amended or repealed; (2) The State CIO changes the declaratory ruling prospectively; or (3) Any court sets aside the ruling.
