01 NCAC 17 .0718. EQUAL OPPORTUNITY

(a) The Commission shall not discriminate against any abuser treatment program or its providers because of age, race, sex, creed, color, national origin, or disabling condition. (b) No approved abuser treatment program shall deny services to any participant or its providers because of age, race, sex, creed, color, national origin, or disabling condition.
