09 NCAC 06C .0403. GRANT AGREEMENTS

(a) Grant agreements shall comply with G.S. 62A-47. (b) Unless otherwise determined by the Board based upon the grant application, grant agreements shall be for a term not to exceed one year. (c) Grant agreements shall include terms ensuring compliance with G.S. 159-26, G.S. 159-28, and G.S. 159-34.
