01 NCAC 44A .0102. DEFINITIONS

As used in this Subchapter, the following terms have the following definitions: (1) "HUB" means Historically Underutilized Business. (2) "HUB Certification" means the determination of a vendor's eligibility as a HUB. (3) "HUB Office" means the Department of Administration's Office for Historically Underutilized Businesses. (4) "IRS" means the United States Internal Revenue Service. (5) "Person" means a natural person, and does not include a corporation or other business entity.
