12 NCAC 09B .0503. SUSPENSION: REVOCATION: DENIAL/SCHOOL DIR. CERTIFICATION

(a) The Commission may deny, suspend, or revoke certification of a school director when the Commission finds that the person has failed to meet or continuously maintain any of the requirements for qualification or through performance fails to comply with the rules of this Chapter. (b) Prior to the Commission's action denying, suspending, or revoking a school director's certification, the Standards Division may notify the person that a deficiency appears to exist and may attempt, in an advisory capacity, to assist the person in correcting the deficiency. (c) The Commission shall deny, suspend, or revoke the certification of a School Director when they have found the person has engaged in any conduct outlined in 12 NCAC 09B .0301(e) and (f).
