12 NCAC 09G .0408. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SCHOOL DIRECTOR

In planning, developing, coordinating, and delivering each Commission-approved corrections training course, the School Director shall: (1) formalize and schedule the course curriculum in accordance with the curriculum standards established in this Subchapter; (2) schedule course presentation for delivery such that each training course required for certification shall be presented on a regular basis; and (3) select and schedule instructors who are certified by the Commission.
