16 NCAC 06C .0313. License endorsements

(a) An applicant may request an endorsement to a teacher license if the applicant has passed a minimum of 18 credit hours at an institution of higher education in one of the following content areas: (1) Psychology. (2) Journalism. (3) K-12 Computer Education. (b) An endorsement may only be added to an IPL or CPL. (c) A licensee who is issued an endorsement in any of these content areas may teach that content area full-time.
