16 NCAC 06G .0501. LIABILITY INSURANCE

(a) Each charter school shall obtain and maintain liability insurance and fidelity bonding of the types and amounts specified in the charter agreement. (b) The provisions of this Rule shall not preclude any charter school from obtaining liability insurance coverage in addition to or in excess of the requirements of this Rule.
