(a) Each Solicitation used to obtain contracts for Goods and Services that exceed thresholds mandated in G.S. 143-59(b) shall include space for a bidder to give their principal place of business address if it is different than the address given in the execution section of the Solicitation. This shall not prevent the Purchasing Agency that issued the Solicitation from investigating this information and concluding that the principal place of business is different, as defined by G.S. 143-59(c). (b) A reciprocal preference shall not be used when Procurements are exempted under G.S. 143-59(d).
