The following is general information about the Separate Insurance Benefit Plan for State and Local Governmental Law Enforcement Officers': (1) For purposes of this Subchapter, "Director" means the Director of the Retirement Systems Division; (2) The mailing address and physical address is Retirement Systems Division, Department of State Treasurer, 3200 Atlantic Avenue, Raleigh, North Carolina 27604.
