20 NCAC 03 .0208. SPECIAL PURPOSE BONDS

(a) This Rule is applicable to all special bonds required to be approved by the Local Government Commission under authority of statutes other than Chapter 159 of the North Carolina General Statutes. (b) Insofar as is practicable, the procedures in .0204 of this Section shall be followed. The Secretary may establish additional procedures appropriate to the circumstances.
