20 NCAC 03 .0303. DELIVERY OF BONDS OR NOTES

(a) The Secretary shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, the bonds or notes for the account of the State Treasurer to the place of delivery, designated in the accepted bid and shall provide the purchaser and bond counsel such documents and certifications required by law. (b) The State Treasurer shall direct the disposition of the proceeds, in a direct and timely manner, in accordance with the applicable law.
