20 NCAC 03 .0903. APPLICATION TO AMEND: PRIOR APPROVALS

(a) Whenever there is a substantial change in the economic environment or situation in which the governmental unit operates, the governing board of the governmental unit may make an application to amend a prior approval by the Commission. (b) An application to amend prior approvals shall be submitted in the same manner as required for initial approval plus the following additional items in the Board resolution: (1) A statement of the changes in the economic environment or situation and estimates of the financial effects thereof; and (2) A statement of the modification of the approval being requested by the Board and the Board's reasoning for making each specific request for modification.
