24 NCAC 03 .0102. SCOPE OF RULES: APPLICABILITY OF NORTH CAROLINA RULES

Civil Procedure. (1) The Rules of Procedure of the Safety and Health Review Board of North Carolina shall govern all proceedings before the Safety and Health Review Board of North Carolina and its hearing examiners, except where contests are initiated by agricultural employers or employees the Administrative Procedures Act shall apply. (2) In the absence of a specific provision, procedure shall be in accordance with the North Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure.
