24 NCAC 03 .0108. FILING

(a) A notice of contest under the provisions of Rule .0303 of this Chapter or under the provisions of Rule .0306 of this Chapter shall be filed with the Director who issued the citation or amended citation at the address shown thereon. (b) Unless otherwise required by these Rules, all other papers relating to the contest shall be filed with the Board at Raleigh, North Carolina. (c) Except where inconsistent with other Board Rules all filing may be accomplished in a manner consistent with Rule .0107(c) of this Section.
