24 NCAC 06B .0310. Layoff Wagers

An Operator may accept Layoff Wagers placed by other Operators and place Layoff Wagers with other Operators to offset Sports Wagers. (1) The Operator placing a Layoff Wager shall inform the Operator accepting the Wager that the Wager is being placed by an Operator and shall disclose their identity. (2) The Operator may decline to accept a Layoff Wager in its sole discretion. (3) Layoff Wagers shall be reported in writing to the Director within 72 hours.
