§ 143A-61. The North Carolina Agricultural Hall of Fame; transfer. The North Carolina Agricultural Hall of Fame, as contained in Article 50B of Chapter 106 of the General Statutes and the laws of this State, is hereby transferred by a Type I transfer to the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
