§ 143A-64. North Carolina Board of Crop Seed Improvement; transfer. The North Carolina Board of Crop Seed Improvement, as contained in Article 30 of Chapter 106 of the General Statutes and the laws of this State, is hereby transferred by a Type II transfer to the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
