§ 14-59.1. Burning of jails or prisons. If any person shall wantonly and willfully set fire to or burn or cause to be burned, or aid, counsel or procure the burning of a penal institution as defined in G.S. 14-208.6 or its contents, the person shall be punished as a Class D felon.
