§ 153A-128. Regulation of explosive, corrosive, inflammable, or radioactive substances. A county may by ordinance regulate, restrict, or prohibit the sale, possession, storage, use or conveyance of any explosive, corrosive, inflammable, or radioactive substance or of any weapon or instrumentality of mass death and destruction.
