(a) The supplemental administration component is an amount of money that is calculated by adding the supplemental State administration subcomponent calculated under subsection (b) of this section and the supplemental county administration subcomponent calculated under subsection (c) of this section. (b) The supplemental State administration subcomponent quarterly amount is zero. (c) The supplemental county administration subcomponent quarterly amount is zero.
