Definitions.

§ 113-308. Definitions. The definitions as given in G.S. 113-128 shall apply to this Article, except that the following will additionally apply: (1) Agency: A group or an association which shall make applications and otherwise act for the fishing and seafood industry or a distinguishable part thereof.
