Upkeep of properties.

§ 127A-154. Upkeep of properties. There shall be paid from the appropriations for the North Carolina National Guard the amounts necessary for the maintenance, upkeep, and improvement of State military properties and facilities. Provided, these expenditures shall be approved and authorized by the Governor.
