RE: Justices
I am in receipt of your letter of May 20, 1950, in which you state:
I would like your opinion as to whether a County Justice of the
Peace may also hold the office of City Justice."
Inasmuch as there does not appear to be any inconsistency or conflict
between the offices of county justices and city justices of the
peace, it is the opinion of this office that the offices mentioned
may be held by the same person.
