Unclaimed Funds

Bulletin No. 18 # UNCLAIMED FUNDS April 7, 1975 You are hereby notified that Bulletin No. 14, dated May 31, 1973, in regard to unclaimed funds is repealed. During the 1975 Legislative Session, Senate Bill 2079 was enacted into law (effective date of that legislation will be July 1, 1975) which was modeled after the Uniform Abandoned Property Act. This law is to be administered by the State Land Commissioner. Funds which have been deposited with this office along with the reporting forms will be turned over to State Land Commissioner when the Act becomes effective. You may obtain whatever information and forms to be used under the new law that you desire from the following address: R. E.
