Bulletin: ### ELIMINATION OF REQUIREMENT IMPOSED BY SECOND PARAGRAPH OF SECTION 6 OF RULES AND REGULATIONS GOVERNING CREDIT LIFE AND CREDIT ACCIDENT AND HEALTH INSURANCE December 14, 1970 Please be advised that, commencing with experience figures for the year 1970, experience reports on NAIC recommended reporting forms need not be submitted to this office, as required by the above-described second paragraph of Section 6.
