WIGEN, COMMISSIONER OF INSURANCE RE: CROP/HAIL GUIDELINES DATE: APRIL 4, 1983 Bulletin 83-3 was promulgated and issued effective January 21, 1983, in response to what appeared to be the consensus of those present at the crop/hail hearing held in Bismarck on January 6, 1983. Filings that have been filed to date for the 1983 crop season indicate that many companies marketing crop/hail insurance are not interested in complying with the suggestions of Bulletin 83-3. In order that all companies may be treated equally, we are herewith rescinding Bulletin 83-3.
