The names of each affiliated company must also be included in the cover letter. Each submission must also include a self-addressed, stamped envelope in which one copy of the filing cover letter will be returned, indicating the action taken by the North Dakota Insurance Department. An additional copy of the cover letter and envelope should be included for use for each affiliated company. Only one complete copy of the supporting documents need be filed for Departmental records if the documents are applicable to all affiliated companies. This eliminates the present practice of filing all supporting documents in duplicate for every filing. ERP:jrm
