A copy of the Trust Agreement must be filed with the Department. 2. A full copy of the Master Contract Policy must be filed. 3. A copy of the Certificate must be filed. 4. A copy of the Application must be filed. 5. A copy of the Disclosure Statement used in the solicitation must be filed. 6. Only one type of coverage, such as term insurance, may be included per mailing or mass market solicitation. [LOGO] EARL R. Pomeroy, Commissioner of Insurance DATE: September 18, 1985 SUBJECT: North Dakota Requirements for Group Life or Health Trust Filing and Solicitation In order to address two questions commonly raised to the North Dakota Insurance Department in response to Bulletin 85-7, the following interpretations apply: 1. Bulletin 85-7 applies to both Group Life or Group Health Trust Filings and Solicitations. 2. A copy of the Disclosure Statement or market brochure used in the solicitation must be filed. A copy of Bulletin 85-7 is attached hereto and, subject to the above interpretations, constitutes the position of the North Dakota Insurance Department.
