Penalties

A violation of any provision under this chapter may result in one or more of the following penalties, as determined by the board: 1. A candidate's petitions may be declared void. 2. A candidate's nomination may be declared void. 3. A candidate's election may be declared void. 4. Within thirty days of beginning an elected member's term in office, the elected member may be removed.
