Appeal from actions of the commissioner or commission

An applicant or licensee may appeal any action of the commissioner or commission under this
chapter in denying, suspending, refusing to renew, or revoking a license. The appeal must be
performed in accordance with the provisions of North Dakota Century Code chapter 28-32.
