1.
Peer review must be performed by a committee of three individuals appointed by the board.
Membership on the committee shall consist of three licensed chiropractors, none of whom
may be in a direct or indirect business or personal relationship with the provider, insurer, or
patient whose care is being reviewed.
2.
The peer review committee shall investigate any complaint referred by the board concerning
whether a licensed chiropractor may have violated any standard of practice.
