Income considerations

1. All income must be considered in establishing eligibility and in determining the cash grant amount. 2. Income must be reasonably evaluated. A determination that income is deemed available is a determination that the income is actually available. 3. Income from wages, or any other source, must be considered received in the month in which it was actually received or considered to be available. Wages held at the request of an employee must be considered income in the month in which the wages would otherwise have been paid by the employer. 4. Income must be applied prospectively.
