Deduction for child support and spousal support

Court-ordered child support and court-ordered spousal support, including arrearages, interest, and
fees charged for income withholding, paid by or collected from a child care assistance unit member,
whose income is counted in determining eligibility and benefit amounts, may be deducted from the child
care assistance unit's income.
