Effect of licensing and display of license

1. The issuance of a license to operate a family child care is evidence of compliance with the standards contained in this chapter and North Dakota Century Code chapter 50-11.1 at the time of licensure. 2. The current license must be displayed prominently in the premises to which it applies.
