Interstate compact on the placement of children

1. The facility shall comply with the interstate compact on the placement of children and the interstate compact for juveniles. 2. All placements from any state which has not adopted the interstate compact on the placement of children or the interstate compact on juveniles must comply with all North Dakota laws and rules prior to the arrival of a child at a facility.
