Distribution of notice of denial or revocation

A copy of a notice of revocation or a notice of denial of a license application may be provided to any
resident, any individual who resides in a place under circumstances which may require that place to be
licensed as a facility for care of that individual, to any legal representative, agency, or individual making
placement of that resident or individual.
