The provider shall maintain liability insurance, uninsured motorist coverage, and underinsured
motorist coverage, according to the terms and conditions of North Dakota Century Code sections
39-16.1-11, 26.1-40-15.2, and 26.1-40-15.3, on all vehicles operated by the provider or members of the
provider's household in which residents may be a passenger. The provider shall submit proof of
insurance coverage to the department, upon request.
