Contracted service providers

A facility may contract for or otherwise arrange professional services not provided by the facility
when necessary for implementation of a resident's treatment plan. If a facility does contract for
professional service providers to offer treatment onsite, the facility shall:
1.
Maintain a list of all contracted service providers offering services onsite;
2.
Require each contracted service provider to have the appropriate North Dakota license or
certification; and
3.
Require each contracted service provider to submit written reports to the facility on the
resident's treatment progress.
