Initial certification - Department review

1. The department shall conduct a certified community behavioral health clinic certification review within the initial certified community behavioral health clinic certification period. The department's review may include requests for documentation and an onsite visit. 2. If the applicant is not in compliance with all applicable requirements in accordance with this chapter, the department shall issue a report and require a corrective action plan. 3. If the applicant meets all applicable requirements in accordance with this chapter, the department shall issue a certified community behavioral health clinic certification.
