Accreditation

1. The certified clinic shall maintain enrollment as a Medicaid provider and adhere to applicable state certification, licensing, and national accreditation requirements. 2. The certified clinic is required to participate in the North Dakota mental health directory and the substance abuse and mental health services administration's behavioral health treatment locator.
