Practicing electrologists shall maintain the following equipment:
1.
A probe-type epilator approved by the federal communications commission.
2.
A sufficient supply of sterile disposable or nondisposable needles or probes, probe tips, and
forceps or tweezers for each patient.
3.
A treatment light to enable adequate visualization of the treatment area.
4.
A hemostat, forceps, or tweezer forcep to transfer sterile instruments utilizing aseptic
techniques.
