Civil penalty

Failure of a data supplier to respond to a request for data as set forth in this chapter shall constitute
a violation subject to a civil penalty not to exceed five hundred dollars per day of violation. Procedures
for the determination of a violation, assessment, and appeal of a penalty are governed by North Dakota
Century Code chapter 28-32.
