Fire control

General acute hospitals shall comply with the fire code standards. This compliance is subject
to review and approval by the state fire marshal's office.

Primary care hospitals are subject to the fire control requirements for general acute hospitals
in this section.
3.
Specialized hospitals are subject to the fire control requirements for general acute hospitals in
this section.
