Conflict with federal requirements

If any part of this chapter or chapter 33-07-04.2 is found to conflict with federal requirements, the
more stringent shall apply. Such a finding or determination shall be made by the department and shall
not affect the remainder of this chapter or chapter 33-07-04.2.
