Waivers

Based on each individual case, the department may waive any provisions of this chapter.
2.
The waiver provision must only be used for a specific period in specific instances, provided
such a waiver does not adversely affect the health and safety of the individual transported,
and then only if a nonwaiver would result in unreasonable hardship upon the ambulance
service.
