Industrial site ambulance services

An operator of a ground ambulance service intended for industrial site use may be issued a special
license by the department.
1.
The ambulance service may not advertise or offer service to the general public.
2.
The ambulance service may provide advanced life support interventions on an as-needed
basis if all requirements of chapter 33-11-03 are satisfied.
