Plans and specifications required

It is required that plans and specifications be prepared for all water works and sewerage systems
contemplated for use by the general public. It is further required that such plans and specifications,
together with other pertinent information, be submitted to the department of environmental quality for
review prior to construction of the facility or facilities.
